Hey there, and welcome! Whether you’re just starting to plan or you've officially booked me for your big day, I’m so excited you’re here. This guide was created to give you a clear look into what it’s like working with me as your wedding photographer. From my shooting style and approach, to what you can expect before, during, and after the wedding—you’ll find everything you need right here to get started.

My ultimate goal is to document your love story in a way that feels effortless, genuine, and true to who you are. I’m here for the big moments, the quiet pauses, the wild dance floor energy, and everything in between.

My Approach

When it comes to your wedding day, I take on the role of quiet observer meets intentional guide. Most of the day I’ll be in full documentary mode—capturing genuine moments as they unfold. During portraits and any time-sensitive parts of the day, I’ll step in to guide and gently direct so things run smoothly while keeping everything feeling natural.

What you can expect from me:

  • A calm and grounding presence (even if the timeline goes off the rails)

  • Direction when needed, otherwise letting moments unfold organically

  • A balance of timeless and emotionally rich images

  • A creative eye that captures not just what it looked like, but how it felt

The Process

1. Booking & Planning

  • Once you're booked, we’ll schedule a call to go over your vision, priorities, and overall vibe for the day.

  • You’ll receive a wedding questionnaire and optional timeline planning help.

  • I’m available anytime for vendor recs, timeline help, or advice—you don’t have to do this alone.

2. Final Check-In

  • 4–6 weeks out, we’ll do a final planning call to lock in all details.

  • We’ll confirm your shot list, family formal combos, and final timeline.

3. Wedding Day

  • I show up early, ready to document the day from the inside out.

  • My second photographer and I will blend in with your people, capturing every emotion, detail, and memory.

4. After the Wedding

  • Sneak peeks delivered within 1 week.

  • Full gallery delivered within 2 weeks per hour of coverage (most are sent within 6-8 weeks).

FAQ

Do we get sneak peeks? Yes! You’ll receive a curated sneak peek gallery within 1 week of your wedding.

When will we get our full gallery? We guarantee gallery delivery within 2 weeks per hour of coverage (typically 6–8 weeks). You’ll receive a link to your digital gallery with download access.

How many photos will we get? This depends on coverage, but most weddings receive between 600–1000+ edited images.

Can we add extra hours later? Absolutely. Additional coverage can be added at any time prior to the wedding.

What if we need timeline help? I’ve got you. We’ll build out a timeline together that allows breathing room and light-filled moments.

Are you comfortable with different cultures/traditions? Yes, and I love learning about new ones! I make it a priority to be culturally aware and respectful of what matters most to you and your families.

Do you travel? Yes! I travel often for weddings throughout Florida, out of state, and internationally. Travel fees may apply depending on location.
